What if the products I receive is damaged?

All our products have to pass multiple quality checks and we ensure that the same reach you safely and securely during transit. However, in the rare event that you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please submit a return request within 24hrs to 48 hrs of receiving your order.
On submitting details of the  damaged item, once the refund request is approved, we will provide free  replacement/refund as applicable.

When and how can I cancel my order?

Order once confirmed cannot be cancelled.

When can I return or exchange the order?

We offer return or exchange only if:

  • A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that it does not match the product confirmed.
  • If you identify any quality or manufacturing defect on the received products.
  • If the product received is in a damaged condition. You can write to us at Please email us your order number and details along with a photo of the damage if possible, within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced or other measures may be taken to address the issue.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup of the product within 2-3 working days after the return is approved.
When will I receive my replacement item?

Once we receive your original item we will initiate replacement in 2 days. We will send you an email/SMS with the replacement details and new AWB tracking number.

In case of refund, when will I get my refund?

If a Product returned is duly accepted, the value of such product, as originally paid by you will be refunded to you. Refund will be processed within 7-21 working days through the same mode of payment by which the payment was made to The Greige Warp for the purchase of the items.

Yes, we accept cash on delivery!

Are there any extra shipping charges?

No, we ship free of cost throughout India currently.

Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we ship within India only.
